预弯曲动力学井斜控制技术在长宁构造气体钻井中的应用

Application of Pre-bending Dynamic Well Inclination Control Technology in Gas Drilling in Changning Structure

摘要:  长宁构造韩家店~石牛栏层段岩性以砂岩、灰岩为主,研磨性较强,常规钻井钻速偏低,采用气体钻井提速存在井斜控制难题,运用预弯曲动力学井斜控制技术,仿真分析Ø215.9mm井眼气体钻井条件下八种预弯钻具组合的钟摆力,优选出了适合该层段地质特点的预弯曲钟摆钻具组合,设计并加工了Ø165.1mm-0.75°预弯曲短接,在长宁构造Ha、Hb平台应用5井次,气体钻井井斜较常规钟摆钻具降低50%以上,井斜控制效果得到显著改善。

Abstract:

The lithology of Hanjiadian ~ Shiniulan section in Changning structure is mainly consisted of sandstone and limestone, which is dense and strong abrasiveness. The ROP of conventional drilling in this section is low. The well inclination control of gas drilling is a difficult problem in this section. This paper proposes pre-bending dynamic well inclination control technology. Through simulation analyzing the pendulum force of eight pre-bend BHA under Ø215.9mm borehole gas drilling, the optimum pre-bending dynamic inclination control BHA is selected for the geological characteristics of Hanjiadian ~ Shiniulan section. The Ø165.1 mm-α° pre-bending short joint was designed and processed. This technology has been applied 5 jobs in Ha and Hb drilling platforms. The well inclination of gas drilling was reduced by more than 50% compared with the conventional pendulum BHA. The well inclination control effect has been significantly improved.
